Our Approach

Project Permitting of Texas works with property owners, developers, and design teams to expedite the permitting process.  Melissa and her team will ensure that all documents needed for submission are gathered, reviewed for accuracy, and properly submitted to the appropriate agency.  From that point, they will diligently track every submission and keep you up-to-date at every juncture.

Our Story

Project Permitting has successfully managed a diverse range of commercial projects across the State of Texas, including hotels, multi-family units, hospitals, service restaurants, mixed-use retail spaces, and large commercial development properties.

Under Melissa's leadership, the team at Project Permitting organized their inaugural charity event. Thanks to their hard work, dedication, and the support of sponsors and volunteers, the event raised $10,000 for a family in need.

Project Permitting is an active member of the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, participating in committees that foster business partnerships and growth. Additionally, membership in the Hispanic Contractors Association and the Hispanic Chamber of San Antonio keeps them informed about emerging trends and infrastructure developments. The team also dedicates time to supporting initiatives with disABILITYsa and Any Baby Can, further contributing to community development.
